Revenue by platform · all time

Read live from revenue_ledger (every rail: Apple IAP, Google Play, Stripe).Platform = where the payment was taken, not the device the subscriber uses — someone who subscribed on the web and watches every clip in the iOS app counts as Stripe forever. Test-mode rows are excluded, and related-party revenue is reported separately per the XPRIZE rules.

Revenue is amount_paid − tax — the one published top-line definition (docs/REVENUE_RECOGNITION.md, 2026-07-31): net of discounts and sales tax, before the platform's cut, so it is comparable across rails and fully measured on all of them. Net kept subtracts the platform's commission and is the margin input — on some rails that commission is arithmetic, not a reported figure, which the "Net basis" column names row by row.

Company burn · trailing 30 days

Every vendor, gross basis (promo credits are a subsidy, not a price — #133). Anthropic and GitHub here are almost entirely the cost of building (agent fleet + CI), not serving users — the serving slice is the "Billed AI" line in Economics below.

Explorer · per-subscriber margin

Margin = plan price net of Stripe − (clips × per-clip cost + $0.30 infra). The per-clip slider is seeded from the live 30-day p50 when the rollup has one; the scenario buttons are the audited constants from plai-kb/strategy/unit-economics.md.

Scenario

Explorer · company scale

Profit = subs × (net revenue − per-sub COGS incl. free-user drag) − monthly burn. Burn is seeded from the live trailing-7-day number.

Analyst observations

What the bizops agent is watching. Agents resolve or stale their own rows on every run (the anti-rot invariant); humans ack or resolve here. act items carry their GitHub issue.
