Coach review readout
Is the coach-labeling loop actually turning? Per-panel batch clearance, per-coach throughput and agreement with the founder on the calibration slice, and the findings two coaches read differently — which golden-set triage routes to the knowledge library as contested rather than adjudicating away. Panels
One row per panel. Clearance is the share of this week's batch that has been labeled; a panel untouched for two weeks or more is flagged — the feeder keeps queueing clips whether or not anyone clears them.
